Hi,

Yes, DayzOne2 is correct you do not rip the plastic cover off for when you receive games you want to put the paper sleeve in that case and put your game in that you received. Just pull it out of the sleeve it should come out fine.

you don't have to rip the plastic cover on the game case. The paper insert will slip right out.
