to unlock xtra characters play every lvl with one character, then u have all that characters coresponding people. then just keep beating every lvl with every character, and youll have em all! enjoy

If you have Resident Evil Outbreak and Outbreak File #2, you have the option of doing a data conversion. Choose to convert all File #2 data to File #1 and then next time you play RE Outbreak File #1, everything in the collection can now be bought including Infinity Mode, every video, every song, every picture, every costume and every gameplay mode
