Game Description

Published by Atlus, Gunbird 1&2 lets you experience a decade old shooter and its sequel in arcade-perfect form. The original Gunbird (1994) plays like a standard vertical shooter, but makes use of multiple characters instead of a space ship and features between-level story sequences that advance a story line that changes depending on the selected character. The title was previously released on the PlayStation and the Saturn. Gunbird 2, released four years later, made the jump to Capcom's CPS-II arcade board and adds to its cast Morrigan from Capcom's Dark Stalkers series. This sequel was also released for the Dreamcast. The PS2 port includes eight difficulty settings and the option to view the action letter boxed and vertical or full screen and horizontal.

Released in Europe as part of the Xplosive Range of PS2 budget games. Not released in America.
