Game Description

The fourth in a series of 3D high-speed, arcade-styled car racing games set on realistic roadways from around the world. Weave through traffic, snag power-ups for fuel, money and time extensions, and outrace both the competition as well as the cops. This edition of the series (which Davilex later spun off as just the ... Racer series, including Europe Racer and US Racer) featured courses in Amsterdam City, Scheveningen Beach, Berlin, Hamburg Harbour, Vienna, and others. This was also the first in the series to utilize the Havok 1 physics engine for a vast differences in car physics, handling and collisions.

A2 Racer IV was announced for PC and PlayStation 2 and was completed for a release, but only the PC version made it out under the title Autobahn Raser 3.
