To open up the Level Select screen on Sonic The Hedgehog, when you see sonic on the title screen, press up, down, left, right, then A+start (it might be B+start, not sure).

In Final Fight START then B = Finish game

While on options screen enter: B, DOWN, A, DOWN, X, DOWN, B, A, UP, B, X, UP, A, X, UP New Level Select for Sonic Spinball
On the ''Press Start'' screen, press A, B, Right, B, X, Up, Down, B, Start Sonic 3D Blast Level Select.
At the title screen hit: Up, Down, Left, Right. Then hold B and press Start to acess the level select list Sonic the Hedgehog Level Select
