Game Description

It would be great enough to get to play as Spider-Man in a video game, but this GBA take on the comic book lets you play as Tobey Maguire playing Spider-Man! Confused? Well, this video game is based on the motion picture version of the comic, which means there are plenty of modern-day updates to the time-honored saga. Certain things never change, however, and Green Goblin is still Spidey's evil arch-nemesis. The action takes place in (where else?) New York City, and there's plenty of web slinging and wall crawling to keep aspiring superheroes busy. Unfortunately, Green Goblin isn't the enemy you'll encounter; Shocker, Vulture, and a series of mechanized meanies from good old Oscorp Industries will try to stop you throughout the adventure. Not to worry: With an endless supply of webbing, plus your bare fists and tireless legs, there's no one you can't defeat. Can you save the city from certain peril?
