Major League Baseball 2K7

It's back, and this time, it's an all new ball game. Not really. Well lets get on with it. As always, you have good graphics, good controles, and an all-star deuo of Jon Miller and Joe Morgan. First, the graphics. The graphics are always good. But somtimes, the game will run so perfectly, that you will think you are watching a real game. But that stops when a hitter makes contact. Then there are the player models. Usually good. But 2K games yet again has the same problem. Some players, like the games cover boy, are great. But others, like Barry Zito, well, suck. The game will get boring fast when you master the swing and swing timing. I once won a game 174 to 0 with 105 of the runs being HR's. Fielding, pitching, and running are the exact same. One of the worst things about the game is the cruddy job of roster updates that the game has done. First of all, they are just giving out 100 ratings. Fraks Thomas, Moisas Alou, and Ken Griffey Jr. are 100's. But they are cruddy on the updates. Here are a few names of players that are in the free agentcy: Javy Lopez, David Wells, Jeff Weaver. Oh and Randy Johnson is still on the Yankees. Oh, and all you Dice-K and Rocket fans, wait till 2008. Dice-K is now Dennis Miles, and Roger is now Randy Carter. The beats thing about the game is fanchise. You can signe free agents, nigotiate contract, and ake some trades. Instead of trial and error in trades, you can see how intrested the other team is in the trade. But the game does have a cruddy frachise. On randome franchises, you will have a full 162 game season, go to the playoffs, and find that is a 1 game playoff. And goes on for the rest of the playoffs. After free agentcy, you will be on the 2008 calender, and you will nitice that there is only 15 or 20 games in the season. And it is almost inpossible for your team to win even 1 game, no matter how good you team is, or how bad the other team is. I do not wish for you to think of this revew and think you should not buy the game. It is a fun game, it just has a few problems. Thanks for reading.

Easy K's

In MLB 2K7, you will somtimes find it difficult to strike out guys, even if it righty against righty or lefty against lefty. But there is an easy way, and it is kinda cheap though. Before the game, go to the starting pitcher for the game. Make shure he has a slider. Edit the pitch so that the speed is 0, and the control and movement are at 100. The pitch will usualy break about 75 to 100 inches. It only works if you pitch to the batters that are the same as the pitcher(Righty vs righty). If you wanna be a dirty rotten cheater, look at the lineup for the other team. If they have any batters that bat oppisite of you pitcher(righty vs lefty), trade or edit them so they are also the same.
