Around 2:30 am, go to the elven-gardens distric and find Dorian's House. Use the invisivility spell and just swing at him, if he doesn't get a chance to go look for help or his weapon then the crime is complete... Depending on your level his coins can vay from 50,000 to 300. The thing is that Dorian's coins never waste, you can keep taking them over and over....

Using the horse, Shadowmere, as movable storage.
Shadowmere is a hero character, meaning that you can not kill him. Since he is an animal you can loot him when he is knocked unconscious. You can also stock up items on him and they will stay on him throughout the game until you knock him out and remove them.
The steps to do this are as follows:
1. Get Shadowmere (Fort Farrgut) and knock him unconscious (kill him).
2. When he is laying on the ground you can open his body like any normal corpse.
3. Place any items you wish to transport into his corpse's inventory.
4. Let him get up and then go and take him wherever you want.
5. To get the items back you can knock him out and take them out. They never disappear.
You can have items in him for as long as you want. Even if he respawns back at the Fort Farrgut he will still have your items on him.

Permanent Effect of Boots of Springheel Jak

First you must have completed the Thieves Guild quests without destroying the Boots of Springheel Jak. In order to do that you must simply survive a small fall near the end of the last quest with the boots unequipped.

After that go to the Shrine of Sanguine and get the quest there. Follow what the quest tells you to do and when you cast the spell, guards will try and arrest you. Get arrested. (Don't worry, all your equipment is in a chest at the Shrine of Sanguine, so you shouldn't lose anything.)

After you serve your time, you should have the Boots of Springheel Jak in your inventory. If you try to equip them, it will say "You can not equip this enchanted item at this time." But if you check your Active Effects page under Fortify Acrobatics, it should say that you still have the boost from the boots. You can also feel free to equip any other boots as well.

Paintbrush Glitch

Paintbrushes have no physics applied to them. By none, I mean none. When you drop them out of your inventory, they stay in thin air. They cannot be moved or blown away by spells/arrows.

Well, paintbrushes can be walked on.
You can jump onto a paintbrush (there is a small sphere of invisible walkable surface area). Drop another paintbrush infront of you, and you have a second step.
You can make a staircase of paintbrushes and, ideally, reach any point of the game. The catch? It's not easy to pull off.
If you jump too far, you'll be on the steep side of the walking area and won't be able to jump to the next paintbrush. Also, the walkable area is very small.

This glitch can get you high places like the top of a castle, high in the air randomly, or even on top of the Imperial Palace (watch out, the roof isn't solid, you need to stand on one of the things that stand up out of it).

Wizard's Tower(Frostcrag Spire) Test Area Glitch

When you go into Frostcrag Spire go to the teleport pads that lead you to the Living Area, go to the portal on the right side and stand on it. Then save the game. Go to your XBox 360 HD and delete the Frostcrag Spire Download. When you load your file it will say "You are loading a file that is missing data". Click yes then load the game. You will be floating. If you look around you will see house. Run forward while pressing jump rapidly at the same time until you teleport into the building. Once you exit the building go to a fireplace outside you will see a weapon called "The Mace of Doom". Developers intended for it not to be in the game because of it's power but you now hold control of it. Go into a building where you see a sigil stone at the top. Approach the top until you are in front of the sigil stone take the sigil stone and get out as quickly as humanly possible. You will obtain 2-4 of each of every sigil stone if you get out very quick. Once outside teleport to any city. Congratulations! You now have multiple copies of every sigil stone and the Mace of Doom!

NOTE:
1. In order to do this you must have the Frostcrag Spire Downlaodable Content.
2. Once deleted you can redownload Frostcrag Spire for free.
3. Make sure you take anything you have in Frostcrag Spire out becuase if you don't it will be permanently gone.
4. Bring at least 3 Paintbrushes with you and do the paintbrush glitch so you can reach the Sigil Stones.
5. Do not bring any other items besides Paintbrushes so you do not become Over-Encumbered taking the sigil stones because they produce very rapidly in your inventory and you may get 600 encumbrance in 15 seconds!
6. Make sure you have extra save files in case you mess up!
7. Be patient while getting to the house when you're floating. For me it took a good 2 or 3 minutes so be patient!

Infinite Arrows

Equip any set of arrows, go into any area of the game (preferably an enclosed area, like a fighter's guild basement), take out any bow, and hold R to keep an arrow in your bow. Now, you have to be a journeyman(?) of acrobatics, but if you can combat roll, that's what you need to do this trick. Hold L, press Y, and move in any direction to roll. You will hear the arrow fly, but it will not decrease in your inventory. Go forth and pick up your dupe arrow. Repeat as many times as you like.

Duplicate Itmes

To duplicate itmes make sure you have a bow and arrows. The amount of arrows you have will determine how many times the item is duplicated. equip the bow and arrows, then pull back and hold the fire trigger. Without letting go of the trigger enter your inventory, and now you can let go of the trigger. Try to unequip your arrows and you will receive a message saying that you can't unequip it because you are using it. Now go to the item you want to duplicate, and drop it from your inventory. Exit your inventory and you should end up with a pile of the item you dropped. Becareful though, if you do this with too many arrows you might end up freezing your game. This is very useful for if yo need money on the spot. Hope it helps.

Never have an enemy hurt you again

Having troubles with too strong of enemies kicking you're trash? Here's a way to get it to stop. You need to be atleast level 12 to have a good effect. First go into a plane of oblivion, then do what you need to do to get to a Sigil Stone. When infront of it, SAVE your game! after saving take the Sigil stone and see if it gives you a 30%, unless you're closer to level 12, then it will be more like 25% Chameleon effect. If not, load your game and try again. Once you get one, set the constant attribute to a ring or something that you can wear (not a weapon). Repeat in oblivion gates until you're constantly at least 100% Chameleon. Congratulation, the game is now INFINATLY easier.

duplicate items

1. Pull out any weapon(including fists)
2. Attack(Pull right Trigger)
3. Switch to inventory before attack ends(B button/red)
4. Equip any set of arrows and press A until a message, "You cannot change weapons while attacking" appears.
5. Drop Item you wish to Dupe
6. Exit Inventory and collect Duplications.

Note:
~The following cannot be duplicated; Stolen goods, one-of-a-kind items(Normally named something), Nirnroot, & Quest Items.
~The number of arrows in the set you equip will be how many the item becomes(at least)

Make a nord or a Redguard and just attack like mud crabs or sumthing weak to work on ur blade then just put on heavy and light armor and let em hit u, not mud crabs they have desies. then bassuclly get into the mages guild and make ur sword do like 100 damage and ur armor have the shield effect like 10 or 15% then ur basiclly invincable.

Equip a bow and any set of arrows, then draw your bow back. While it is drawn back, press B to go to the inventory screen. Select the arrows that you are using, then go to the item to be duplicated. Press X to drop the item, then leave the equipment screen and resume the game. The item that you dropped will be duplicated. You can pick up all the duplicates and use or sell them. The amount of copies of an item you make depends on how many arrows you have equipped. For example, 10 arrows allows 10 copies. This works with most, but not all, items and weapons. Note: Do not try to duplicate more than 250 copies of an item or the game may freeze.

easy way to fight

once you get a powerful bow enchant it to decrease health as much as you can ine one second. Then if you know where to find enchanted arrows use them if not use the most powerful arrow you have. Now in dungeons and just about everywhere sneak around(crouch) and shoot you arrows at them. you get increased damage and your enchantment. In other words instant death.

Having a good Character!

Alright when i first got this game i went with a thief figuring using stealth would be great but MAN was i weak. Then i went on to make a rogue and i was a little better but i was still weak.

Then i decided to make a new CUSTOM character and now choose a custom and i choose heavy armor and blade then i chose conjuration and some other side stuff but conjuring mixed with heavy armor is good i manage to beat the WHOLE arena by level 9(not including after final arena guy) and i passes it easily considering conjuration is very good mixed with heavy armor and good blade skills.

I manage to also do VERY many fighters guild quest and various others EASILY....plus i learned to conjure some pretty bad creatures who can do ALOT of damage.

I hope this helps you on your quest in Oblivion!

The Dark Brotherhood

If you like joining the bad guys then join the dark brotherhood.You get to ruthlessly kill specific people and do special missions and things like that.And always make sure that when you do the missions always do the bonus.
You can get really cool weapons and stuff like that.Never fail.Or you can lose the chance to get some good things.
Also,on your free time or when on a mission make sure to keep an eye out for caves and forts.They can hold the coolest things ever.The best character to me is the argonian.

Increase Acrobatics and Sneak and get some money

Okay, to increase your acrobatics you need to find a hill or some stairs and jump your way up it.If it is a small hill or small flight of stairs keep doing it over and over.You should increase your acrobatics.

To increase your sneak you go to the imperial city arena and go to one of the ponds with sacred lotus.Then go in to sneak mode.You should gain something because there are gaurds next to the door.

Go to the arena and go the chest right there in front before you walk in to the place.Then, just get to the chest and lockpick it until you finally get inside.There shoud be about 300 dollars in there.But be careful, there is a gaurd gaurding a door right across the street.

Oh yeah, also, if you are the end up bieng the champion of the arena then you may find a kid who will ask to hang out with you or something like that.When you have fans or friends you can steal from them and they'll just say they don't care or something like that.But make sure a knight or someone like that does not see you or they will arrest you.

If you highlight two of the same exact scrolls in your inventory, then press A twice (as if you were to equip them twice), then you highlight an item you wish to duplicate, then drop it, two of the item will fall on the ground. The more scrolls you have, the more items duplicated (eg., 5 scrolls, 5 duplicated items). (note: only some weapons can be duplicated, and quest items cannot be duplicated. Scrolls, arrows, lockpicks, potions, jewelry, etc, and other small items can be duplicated.)

three good character builds

While playing this game, you will soon find out you are either one of a few character blends. You might be a warrior, who wants to rush in and kill anything you see. If this is it, Choose the orc, and make your own class. In it have blunt (orc gets bonus on it vs blade), heavy armor, armorer, block , restoration (you need health), alchemy (you can make health or poisons, plus use duplicate item to just eat things to get to high lvl), and one other of your choice. This build is great for just rushing in and killing. Another type of build is Mage. There are two good characters for this, the breton (more deffensive) or the high elf(more offensive)now you will want to use all the main ones, and either blunt or blade, however the high elf gets a bonus to blade. The best Thieve, the one who lurks in the shadows and waits for kills, is the female kajit. but if your more of a bowsman use a male wood elf.
These will most likely consist of light armor, wepon choice, alchemy, illusion, sneak, secruity, and maybe another magic. now for one final say, never have althetics nor acrobatics in your main one, they are too easy to lvl up on your own

Ok, once you have completed the "cure for vampirism" quest. (a pretty much very simple quest used to cure yourself if you are a vampire) You then need to talk to the count. He will tell you thank you and take you down to see his wife. After some stuff happens down there he says to come back in about a day. Wait a day, go talk to him and highlight the reward option. Depending on your level he will give you anywhere between 1000 and 7500 gold. Once he does this however, continue to click the reward option and you will keep recieving that amount of gold every time you push the button! I recommend getting as much as you can immediately because if you leave and try to come back and get more gold later, the count will have locked himself away in the tower. Note: This is a pre-patch glitch. Im assuming it was fixed with the patch. If so look up how to remove the patch from your 360 and then try it. happy glitching!

The Dark Brotherhood

If you like joining the bad guys then join the dark brotherhood.You get to ruthlessly kill specific people and do special missions and things like that.And always make sure that when you do the missions always do the bonus.
You can get really cool weapons and stuff like that.Never fail.Or you can lose the chance to get some good things.

Ok....here is the best way to make easy cash while doing nothing!! YOU NEED AT LEAST 200 GOLD FOR THIS TO WORK SUFFICIENTLY
Go to the imperial city, doesnt matter what lv you are can be lv 1. Go to the talos plaza and go to dorians house
When inside talk to Dorian and bribe him as much as possible, when it will no longer allow you to bribe, close the door,stand in front of it, and kill him.

Search his body there be about 300 gold, highlight it and just keep clicking the "A" button. U can do this for up to a week game time. I made 8.5 MILLION dollars while I watched tv for about an hour just clicking away...its great and your set for the entire game. When the guards come pay the fine, don't worry you wont lose your money.

Dark Brotherhood

One of the Dark Brotherhood missions is too assassinate the entire Draconis family. You can kill the owner of the Tavern pretty easily if you kill his mother first. To kill the owner just talk to him, tell him that his mother bled like a pig. After you tell him that he'll attack, just block and the Imperial Legion soldier in the building with you will kill him.

Because a Master with all types of weapons

This is easy, when you get the quest to take the Dedric staff to the cave so as to get rid of the scamps, you can use whatever weapon you want to kill the scamps over and over again as they will constantly respawn. You will eventually get lots of experience with whatever weapon you were using.

Trick to get good at speachcraft

To do this, simply walk over to some character and click A. This will start a conversation. Go to the persuasion section where you can make your reputation higher with them. Simply hit A over and over again and your speachcraft will get higher and higher.

Gray Prince/ Dark Brotherhood

Killing the Gray Prince in the Arena is not an easy task, but you can make it VERY easy. All you have to do is do the task that he asked you to do when you first meet him (Just talk to him whenever) The task was to find out more about his heritage by going to a certain castle. Whe you return to him with some horrific news he just dosn't want to live anymore so when you finaly fight him in the arena he won't fight you, if you talk to him he will ask you to kill him. After you kill him and go to sleep you will be visited by a member of the Dark Brotherhood, they think that you murderd the Grey Prince and they want you to join him. This is much easier then finding an innocent person to kill because you won't get a bounty on your head and if you don't want to join just attack the Dark Brotherhood member and your buddys at the arena will help you kill him.

I've found that the best class for this game is a caster. I played through the game for a while with a warrior and noticed that my kills were taking a long time and the game was getting old. Then I played through again with a caster and it was really fun. My kills were faster and the spells were a lot cooler. I would suggest a caster for a fun Oblivion play-through.

when you do the quest to find the cure for vampirism for the count just keep asking him for the reward and he will keep giving it to you. it takes a little while but it is worth never having to worry about gold again. i got mine up to about 10 million and completed the rest of the game never having to worry about it again.

Stealing

It can be hard to steal from stores in the Imperial City with all of those guards in the Market district. But you don't have to be in the Market district to get into the stores. Go into the Sewers, you can get to them from pretty much anywhere in the Imperial city, find the Market district sewers if you aren't already in them. When your there you can get into the store by climbing a ladder into the stores basement. This is an easy way to not get cought.
