to unlock elisa enter THE-L as a password. be aware that you can't unlock elisa and ursula at the same time. the password you must enter for ursula is PK+ESP.
for stealth camoflage, complete the game with a technician status level of 99.
to unlock extreme difficulty, just complete the game.
easy reload: Have two weapons equipped. When you get close to running out in your clip, change weapons then immediately change back. Your gun will be reloaded.
To recruit multiple soldiers at once, drag several of the enemy soldiers over to one of your teammates while they are hiding in a box. Then call the prisoner evac frequency and your teammate will capture all of them.
