WTF is C.H.I.P.S?

I have no idea what this mysterious abbreviated C.H.I.P.S game is, but everyone accuses Pursuit Force of ripping it off. PF is a unique car/racing/shooting/fps hybrid. The acting is not that bad, graphics are great, and the sequel which I am yet to play...is, well.........a sequel. Where Pursuit Force really shines is its gameplay. Challenging, but not too challenging. You drive around shooting at cars, but when your car is close enough, press O and jump onto an enemy car. They will shoot at you as you try to balance on top of their vehicle, so hit Square to take cover in front of their bumper or near the edge of the fast-moving car, where the drivers can't shoot you, Kill the drivers, hop into the car, take their weapons, and you're off! I do not want to ruin the gameplay and story, but it is very diverse and fun. Give it a try for 20 pts! Come on!
